A key Republican senator is holding strong in her opposition to the GOP healthcare bill. Appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” Maine Republican Susan Collins says the bill that repeals and replaces Obamacare will cause sweeping, fundamental changes and very deep cuts to Medicaid. Collins says it would affect rural hospitals and nursing homes. Senator Rand Paul also says he’ll vote against the bill in its current form. — Crews in Arizona will resume their search today for the final person missing from a deadly flash flood. At least nine people were killed when floodwaters rushed through the popular Cold Springs swimming hole near Payson on Saturday.
